In 2012, as a junior at Texas A&M, Natasha followed up her NCAA 10K victory with a second place finish at the U.S. Olympic trials despite a mid-race fall.

And although her time of 3159 did not qualify her for the games, running fans took immediate appreciation of her talent.

A decade later, she finally qualified to represent the United States at a global track championships in the 10,000 meters in Eugene.
