Oh hey Tom, thanks for having me. Sorry we had to move today, but this is a preparation season.

They were running about a month behind given the debt ceiling deal, and I know you're going to be

shocked Tom, two weeks after the deal, they've already broken it.

Yeah, they're marking the appropriation bills to the 22 levels that they told us they

are going to, not the 23 levels that they had it made in the agreement, which is a reason why

some of us voted against the agreement. And that means in some areas, for example,

everything in the Labor Human Services and Education budget will be cut about 30%.

So the Republicans lied again.

Yeah, shocked, I know, I know. But that's going on, but in addition,
