A little overhaul. A little fixing of Nationals Park. Some of the proposals there are renderings out include, and the center

field entrance, they want to turn it into a year-round plaza.

It actually reminds me of what they had in L.A. when I was just there a couple weeks ago for

UFC. When you walk into the Intuit Dome, there's a huge plaza there.

Sounds like they want to push the security gates back from where they presently are

and make it more of like a gathering place, which I can see.

I mean, like once you walk off the street, which is usually closed down on game days,

like, what is there, 15 to 20 feet, and then you're right at the,

you're right at the gates to get into the stadium.

Right.

Right.

Yeah.

So they just want to put a bunch of restaurants and shops there, so outside of game days, people still hang out.

And there could be concerts in that plaza area there beyond center field.

They also want street-level restaurants and shops, which would line the corner of

N and first streets.

Right now, it's just as concrete.

Yeah.

Now, there are a ton of restaurants right around, and actually, if you go past

center field, and you're basically walking towards us.
