obvious foundation members, McKenzie Gore pitcher, James Wood, outfielder, they are going to be free agents after 2008 and 2030, respectively.

So can they get a deal done? Are they going to have to be traded? All questions that Toboni have to immediately talk about in field.

And that's exactly what I wanted to talk to him about.

You know, when you talk about jumping into the fire, well, he's had to jump into fire a little bit.

Still, especially when it comes to Gore, you have to start this conversation.

A lot of people saying, well, he's the guy that every

team looking for a top of the rotation starter is going to be going after because the nationals

can get such a big haul for him. He's that type of top of the rotation guy. He's actually

proved it this past year. He's really, really young. But also keep in mind with both these guys,

Scott Bores clients.

So it is what it is.
