Hello, I'm Bex and welcome to The Week Junior show.

Today I'm joined by two of the team from the Week Junior, the magazine Making Sense of the

world for 8 to 14 year olds.

We've got acting assistant editor Kate and writer Eve.

So, lots to cover in today's episode.

We're going to be talking about a robot's piece of art.

This year's fundraising for children in need and national tree week.

We're also going to be having a big debate about whether prisons should be nicer places.

So speaking of trees,

I was wondering, what is your favourite type of tree? I'm going to go for a sycamore tree because I'm

from Northumberland where we had the sycamore Gap tree, which sadly was felled a little while ago,

but it was a beautiful tree and now people are using the prints of the actual feld tree to make artwork, which I love.

Eve, how about you?

I would have to go for the giant sequoia tree, purely because if I'm ever somewhere

where there are giant sequoias, they're so tall and it's just really cool kind of walking

through them and I almost can't see the top of them and tall and it's just really cool kind of walking through them

...
