| 1:17.4 | Now, one more big thing has fallen into place, |
| 1:21.6 | which is a few weeks after all these governors said they'd sign |
| 1:24.6 | on to national standards, the Secretary of Education, Arnie Duncan, a few days ago announced |
| 1:30.3 | that the federal government would provide 350 million dollars to establish |
| 1:34.8 | tests to go with these standards and that means we're heading right toward |
