All right, today we're going to look at some win totals, some over-unders. We're going to look at awards. We're going to do a little favorite bets of the year. and let's start here, gentlemen, with the favorite overs for some teams. Welsh, why don't you kick us off with your favorite over for a win total for a team in the National League? I kind of wavered on this one. And actually, we were just talking off air about this team. And I think Bogman said, ah, this team might be the one that could take the division, ironically. And Joe, you said, well, had they not lost Hunter Green, I think we all would have maybe picked them. But I think we're kind of sleeping on it a little bit. It is the Cincinnati Reds. And the Cincinnati Reds total is sitting at 80 and a half. And the thing I kind of sat with this was Hunter Green is a very important piece of this, no doubt. I was pretty big on this team last year making a push. But their ballpark is always a big question. Their pitching is going to hold through, but it's their offense that carries them. And that's the thing that I decided to just kind of stick with. You know, they added Eohenio Swares. Matt McLean looks like he's kind of primed for a big breakout. I think this offense is going to keep them in games. And when you go and look at the division, I think we're going to talk about it, but the St. Louis Cardinals are in for a hurting. Pittsburgh has gotten better, but I don't know the high level of competitiveness they're going to be sitting with. |
| 2:35.9 | Maybe Milwaukee isn't quite as good. The Cubs are fine. I think there's a pretty easy path for the |
| 2:42.2 | Cincinnati Reds to get over that 80 win marker again because they have a prominent offense. |
| 2:46.9 | Hunter Green will come back. They've got a decent bullpen. And they might, and they've got the pieces, by the way, and they might be aggressive in the trade market. So I'm okay with the Cincinnati Reds, regardless of the Hunter Green injury, to be able to keep doing this. So I like 80.5 over wins. I think that's a low total that is a little bit attached to Hunter Green right now. So 80.5 wins over for the Reds. That's my favorite in the NL. I like the Reds, too, even regardless to go over this number. So I'm definitely in agreement with you on that one. Walsh. I love the manager too. The old school actually, you know, coaching human beings, you know, not just the numbers. Yeah. I love Tito. He does a great job. And as you mentioned, too. really young athletic team, if Marta continues to thrive, if McLean's spring is for real, |
| 3:28.6 | all of a sudden, the Reds look really good. Who looks good to you for an over-and-a-win-win total this year, Scott Boggman in the National League? I'm going to go with the Marlins, and this is mainly because they're pitching staff. |
| 3:37.7 | It's a little bit opposite of what Welsh just said with, you know, the hitting for the Reds. |
| 3:41.9 | The pitching, I think, for the Marlins is great. |
