So National Geographic, they have 1.7 million subscribers at the end of last year.

That seems like a lot to me.

For a magazine in today's age to still have 1.7 million subscribers, yeah, that seems

like in a huge amount.

Yeah, they're going to continue to publish monthly issues, but only to subscribers.

You're not going to be able to buy the magazine on the news.

So you can't go to Barnes and Noble and pick up a copy.

The only way you're going to get it is to pay for a whole year and get the subscription.

But I don't know what's going to be in it because they just fired all the writers.

Just maybe a bunch of pictures.

So I'm curious because you have some experience in this.

And I know my dad used to get the magazine.

Are they worth anything if you have a big collection because there's people who collect all

sorts of stuff.

Yeah, so I'm way too far into collectibles more than I should be.

So unfortunately, now there are some magazines that are collectible, but National Geographic

really aren't.

Not any of them, but that's not to say they won't be in the future.

You got to think back.

There was a time when, when, you know, when baseball cards, nobody cared about them and

they weren't viewed as collectible.
