Hi guys, welcome to the episode Not Too Deep, we are celebrating Labor Day! Jack and I are just talking briefly before this.

For the first time ever, I realized that Labor Day celebrates work.

Yeah, organized labor.

Yeah, I don't know why I never connected those dots. I think it was because Labor Day signified the start of school. And so it wasn't necessarily a holiday that I processed.

It was just like I have to go to school after Labor Day, that's when school starts. So it was always like around Labor Day you go back to school shopping because there's Labor Day sales.

Yeah, that was the case for us in New Jersey but in fact a lot of schools start classes in August.

Well, there was that. But that's how it was for us. We finished school in New Jersey really late in the year.

Like mid-June. Like mid to late June. Depending on how many snow days we had.

And then I remember we always got to go. This was the highlight of my entire end of summer pre-school on Labor Day weekend.

My mom would take us to King of Prussia Mall and go to the JC Penning Outlet and we would buy clothes for back to school.

And I that was like my supermarket suite. I walked in just touched all the clothes and was like all of these poorly made tops are mine.

Well, speaking of clothes, we should mention that you and I have both joined a cult.

Yeah, we're talking about Jack. We both look like, well, you look like your son cocaine in Miami.

Certainly when I wear the sunglasses. Yes.

I look like I shouldn't be near an elementary school. We both look like the rejected version of a wig-o-s.
