Summary

Nate Reeve, a former Special Boat Operator in the Navy, returns to further discuss his journey into spirituality and the role it played in his personal growth, as well as how it can help others, and his coaching clients. Nate shares his experiences, including his time in the military, his pursuit of adventure, and his eventual rock bottom in 2021. He details how he discovered plant medicine and how it led him to coach Eric Smith - a coach who works with individuals working with plant medicine - who helped Nate integrate his experiences and find balance. Nate emphasized the importance of spirituality in his life and how it has positively impacted his performance and relationships. We also explore the teachings of author Michael A. Singer, the concept of enlightenment, and the importance of meditation and self-reflection in personal growth. The conversation also touches on the challenges of job loss and the benefits of engaging a higher intelligence through spiritual work. Learn more about your ad choices.
