Zoom, he was in studio talking about the patentral lawsuit, a very engaging segment, but kind of

changes the whole nature and flow of the episode.

And it's going to be something we'll clip out when played a later date, so it's very

interesting, especially important for the history of the Adam Cruel of Show, the history

of podcasting in general, and the monetization of podcasting in general, and as you below

know, without the Adam Cruel of Show, there's no comedy podcast monetization.

And then with the patentral defense, without Adam Cruel, there's no more podcast.

People don't like to bring that fact out, but it's all true.

In some of these episodes of 2014, we're hampered by the podcast Legal Defense Fund stuff

or topics kind of getting like aggressive because of how harsh everything was.

Like, you know, lose your entire business and you're created because somebody thinks

they own something, but they don't actually own something that's impossible.

And so by editing that, removing that, and clipping a few things here, I was actually

able to reformat this episode into one entire clip, so just one run through episode

that may play differently than when you originally heard it.
