We have with us a very fun and exciting episode of a meeting for a long time to do this.

I have a reason to after my recent Joe Rogan appearance with me is one of my dear friends that I've made here in Austin.

And one of my favorite people, Natalie side surf, a side surf cake studio.

You should follow her on YouTube and Instagram everywhere else because her whole stick besides being adorable is making cakes that look really realistic.

And my producer Brett, who before we started recording, he asked me, he goes, is this the and you made most importantly the Lex Breedman cake that we unveiled on Rogan whose face is now currently in my kitchen under a cake stand in perpetuity.

My producer says, is this the Natalie side surf from American Idol? And I said, what are you talking about? And he said, yes, and it's on your Wikipedia. So I thought I'd ask you about it right now.

Well, um, you know, I have made a cake that was very quickly featured on American Idol.

Oh, but it was it I was not on American Idol. This was like probably like nine years ago or something like that.

It was a long time ago. Yeah. And yeah, I actually got to make a cake for Keith Urban. That's right. Keith Urban. He like had a record like it was kicking button.

And he was like, we want a cake for like to celebrate that he sold all these records. It's amazing. And yeah. So I got to like, oh, make him a cake. And that was actually cool because that was the first time I ever saw like TV stuff.

Like I was like watching behind the scenes. And I was like, you know, watching the people come out screaming like, I got the ticket or whatever.

I don't watch the show. But again, I get something to pass. It's a pass, I think, isn't it?

Yeah, it's something. And that means they move on. And so it was really cool to see all that for the first time. But yeah, I made a cake for him. And I saw Jennifer Lopez. I didn't really meet her, but I saw her.

She was a judge at the time. She was glowing.

Does she that does she have like that kind of crazy star quality in person?

Like no, like that was the person that I've seen. I've never seen anybody like that. Like the way that she walked into room and everybody was like, I'm like, I have to be so awkward for her.

But yeah, everybody stares at her. And she really is. She's like gorgeous. So it was, it was kind of neat. I was also gawking. But everybody else was really like nice and down earth and Keith urban was really nice.

So there's a lot I want to talk to you about. First of all, like that meme, but everything is cake. You guys started that. But it started with your, there's a funny story about your wedding cakes.
