We are at a breaking point.

I'm sure by now you've all heard of the tragic attack

in Nashville, where a woman who identifies as a man

decided to go and shoot up a Christian elementary school.

Six people are dead, including three children

as young as nine years old, and obviously any incident

like this, a shooting that happens at a school,

it's a terrible situation, but for me personally,

this did hit close to home.

And I mean, that literally the school

where this took place is about a 20 minute drive from me.

And yesterday, I spent the entire day,

honestly, just holding my daughter,

thinking that if she were only older,

there's a good chance that she may have been not just

at a school like this, but at this particular school.

So I think I speak for basically all of us

when I say that my heart and prayers go out to the families

who are affected by this.

I can't even imagine what they're going through,

but we need to talk about this story.
