Nashville predators for a long time so he knows what's going on in Nashville. Adam how are you today?

Preds run into context here because after they traded away, you know,

Nieder writer and Granlin and at Com and Jeunow, I'm going, okay, that's it.

They're punting and that's fine, that's what they should do.

Can you explain to me how in the hell they're doing

this right now and still in the playoff picture despite moving all of those guys?

Well first of all I think you also have to give some credit to the Calgary Flames and Winnipeg

Jets for being unable to win games at a consistent clip and keeping the predators in the race.

But the predators did recently go 8-2 and won over an 11-game stretch now

unfortunately for them as they enter tonight's game against the Buffalo Sabres

they have dropped three in a row, which could spell the end of their potential Cinderella run to the playoffs.

But, and as you said, I covered the team for a long time. I no longer cover them on a daily basis, but having been around that team for a long time and a lot of those players for a long time, you know, I wonder from afar

if the trading of all of those players that you mentioned sort of lifted the burden of expectations off the players in that

dressing room that as you said they traded neither riders or no grandlended at home

they also have not been with, they've also been without, excuse me,

Phil and Forsberg for about a month, and they've also been without Ryan Johanson for an extended period of time and
