On this podcast, we bring in the experts, scientists, engineers, astronauts, all to let

you know what's going on in the world of human spaceflight.

You know you're into spaceflight if you have a rocket launch, an astronaut, or a photo of Earth

from space as the background of your smartphone.

Imagery is just one of those things that's hard to beat when it comes to how people engage in

human spaceflight.

Those famous shots of astronauts walking out in their spacesuits,

those shots of celebration in Michigan control, astronauts training, flying jets,

they're iconic photos. But as you can imagine, these photos are among the few of the millions of

images collected here at the Johnson Space Center. Helping to capture history,

share technical data, and more is a small team of photographers here at NASA.

We're bringing on a few today, James Blair, Robert Markowitz, and Josh Val Carcel.

Each of these fine gentlemen are out and about almost every day capturing history.

And to do so, they sometimes find themselves in some of the coolest places at NASA.
