What's up in a bit of telling me.

What's up everybody? Welcome into Tom Carrey's Patriots Talk podcast, always joined by the

Senator Phil Perry, and this is the aftermath. Patriots somewhat stunningly escape the Houston

Texans. They get out of there with a win and the problems that we forecasted that they might

have the adversity that they might have. Well, they didn't have it where we thought, but they had

plenty otherwise. Phil and I are going to get into it. How you doing, my guy? Doing great.

Back in need of mass, ready to tape the breakdown, ready to do an aftermath pod. There's a lot

to talk about here. There yeah and it's it's

very this team continues to be hard to pin down but i think that the upshot of what we're watching

is a team that has actually made trent dilfer's proclamation seven years later come to fruition. They're not good anymore.

And that's going to be my slant. For this year, we've been talking about uncharacteristic

errors, Phil, that the Patriots have made, that they're not playing like the Patriots.

But the mistakes that they're making, they're now characteristic. And they are playing

like the Patriots. This is who they are. After an eight and no start in 2019, the Patriots are 13 and 17

since. Since Thanksgiving of that year, Phil, they're 11 and 16. Since the start of 2020, they're 9 and 12.

And the wins that they have are three times over the jets among those nine wins.

And the others are against the dolphins, Raiders, Ravens, Cardinals, Chargers, Texans.

The only games that I call stirring wins out of those nine will be the 43 to nothing demolition of San Diego, i.e. Los Angeles, clap myself, and the upset of Baltimore last year on a Sunday night.
