Folks, we've been following this case you see on the screen.

Mamba bot missing for over a month now.

Her husband, Neresh bot, under arrest, not yet charged with her murder, but charged with unlawfully disposing of a human

body. Today he is to appear in court. Nuresh Bhat, the husband of a Manassas Park woman missing

since late July and presumed dead will return to court this morning

an effort to speed up his trial.

Noresh Bhatt has been charged with concealing a dead body in connection with the disappearance

of his wife, Mammta Kathal Bhatt, 28 years old.

Her body has not yet been found, but police believed Nareeshbott murdered her

and hid her body according to court documents. Noreshbott's attorney filed a motion to waive his

preliminary hearing now set for October 24th to expedite his trial. A judge will decide Friday morning whether to grant that request or let the legal process proceed as scheduled.

On Tuesday, police returned to the Bots Manassas Park home and executed another of about a dozen search warrants in this case.

Manassas Park police chief, Moro Lugo declined to say what evidence police were looking for at the house,

which they searched just last week.

Neighbors said that police stayed for about three hours.

They said they saw a police dog sniffing around the house,

officers carrying evidence bags and taking pictures of the garbage cans in the garage.

So this case is still a very much active case. Now, what has taken a center stage in this and that we expect this at 9 o'clock,

the domestic violence aspect of this, the investigatory aspect of this, where officers find text

messages, notes, computer databases that he has searched, which would indicate
