Code. I'm your favorite self-award narcissist. Mr. Lee, I make better known as

mental illness across all social media platforms. This is the first time seeing my

face or hearing my voice. I may diagnose narcissists and I use my platform on

social media to raise awareness for MPD, get more people into therapy, and also validate

the victims and survivors of said disorder. Today's episode is going to be about

the word that narcissistic people hate the most. The word that most

toxic people hate, no. The two-letter word and one of the shortest words in the

English alphabet or any dialect, no. Whatever you translate that word to, no.

Most, if not all, narcissistic people hate the word no because you know what no

indicates. No indicates rejection. No indicates a boundary that has been set

on that narcissistic person. To protect the person that narcissists

is engaging with. So if you hear that word, no. You know what I mean?

You know, so right now it just seems like narcissistic people, you know, just

hate to hear the word no. So if you tell the word, that's what people, a lot of

people ask me. They're like, how do I spot a narcissist early on? How can I tell

if they are narcissistic persons very, very early on? Tell them no.

Find a way to say no. That's the simplest way. You don't have to say yes to

everything. If you are a yes man or a yes woman or a yes person, you're going to

get taken advantage of. Not just by narcissists, but about about people

all over the world because you are just a target. If you can't say the word no.
