0:00.0	It was 1149 a.m. on March 16, 2015, when a man named Imod Tophilus called 911 in a panic.
0:14.3	Emud told the operator he had been shot in the chest and was running for his life.
0:19.9	This 911 call was crazy. The dispatcher could hear
0:24.5	Imod running through this wine vineyard and they could hear shots fired. This was deep in
0:30.5	wine country at doll vineyards off Highway 29 on Solano Avenue in Napa Valley. Emod was darting
0:37.3	between vines and he kept screaming,
0:39.7	help me, help me, he shot me, he's trying to kill me.
0:43.9	There was a gunman chasing Emad,
0:46.5	carrying a 22 caliber pistol with a silencer attached.
0:50.1	The gunman was stalking Imod,
0:52.2	and even though he had been hit,
0:56.1	Imod was outrunning the gunman until the perpetrator jumped into his black SUV and started driving toward Imod fast.
1:03.3	Then the dispatcher could hear the engine roaring in the background and more gunshots firing.
1:09.3	Emod had time to tell the dispatcher that the man who shot him was his business partner,
1:14.5	48-year-old Robert Dahl.
1:17.2	The Napa County Sheriff's Department raced to the scene, but they had no idea what they were

1:23.4	Before that day was over, police would find evidence of a multimillion dollar fraud and two dead bodies.
