So here we are again.

Have we listened to what was being said yesterday?

Have we thought about what is being said today?

Are you like me slightly more optimistic today than you were yesterday?

Is it entirely possible, in fact, that what we're about to see

is the on take of common sense from Boris Johnson. It looks to me very much as though,

down in Downing Street, somebody's had a word because it seems to me that they're going to change

and tweak the NHS app. Now, many of you will probably say to me, yeah, well, we never had the

app in the first place. But as we prepare for the last month of summer, just listen to this for a minute, okay?

If the NHS app is being tweaked to make it ping fewer people,

and if Boris Johnson sticks to his latest U-turn not to introduce an Amber Watch list of countries,

could that mean that things are possibly looking up?

After all, the country's been paralysed by a lack of flexibility on the travel front,

and over one million people plus have been forced to self-isolate in recent weeks

thanks to an incredibly inaccurate system of track.

And trace, that alone has made it impossible for some hospitality venues across the country

to do any sort of business at all.
