0:44.0	maybe giving you a different perspective to what you know of the podcast.
0:48.6	Some of you may have only recently discovered it or some of you may have been
0:54.0	listening to it for some years now. I hope whatever you have joined the
0:58.3	podcast and its journey you are well and flourishing or finding the courage and strength that you need to get there.
1:05.2	I'd love to take you behind the scenes a little to share with you my memories of Stuart launching the
1:09.6	podcast and also its presence in our lives for the past eight years or so.
1:14.0	I remember when he first launched the website the O.C. stories, we were sitting on his bed and
1:20.0	he said he thinks it would be good for people to go to a place where they can find the tools
1:24.2	and strategies they need to help them manage OSTI better and that he couldn't find a place
1:28.5	like it online.
1:30.4	He wanted to learn from other people's stories and then when we moved in together, which was a couple months after he launched the website, he said he wanted to do a podcast.
