Summary

God commands Saul to utterly destroy the Amalekites, including all of their livestock. Saul obeys the command to destroy the Amalekites, but he spares the king and the best of the livestock. When Samuel confronts Saul about his disobedience, Saul tries to justify his actions. Samuel rebukes Saul for his disobedience, and declares that God has rejected him as king.

1:05.3	back in 2020, so not that long, but it was so cool that really an intersection with our work,
1:11.3	my, what was my dissertation became my first book, The Battle for the Keys,
1:18.3	dealt with the descent of Christ into the underworld, some of that discussion of the unseen world
1:23.3	connected with some of the things that that Mike of course has been doing for many, many years
1:28.3	and some of his students connected really are our, our books and recommended my book to him.
1:34.3	And that's how I think he first heard about my work and, and then our books, His Book Demons
1:40.3	and my book The Bedrock of Christianity, both published by Lexim Pres, came out with it.
