Well, that's the last time I'll get to say that phrase with his name, unfortunately.

For those of you who don't know

Mike passed away February 20th of this year at 3.45pm Eastern time. Just after turning 60.

I mean, I'm gonna fall so short here, folks.

First and foremost, I just want to thank everybody for praying for Mike's family and myself.

I appreciate the messages that I've been sent to me. I see everyone. Thank you so much for including me in your prayers.

It means a lot to me. And I know this show has been a lot to a lot of people over almost a decade, these last eight years.

And that is the best feeling in the world.

Thank you for allowing Mike and I to do this show for so long.

I'm sure I'm going to fall so short of doing a tribute for Mike.

But there are just no words.

Mike is...

He was one of a kind.

He was unique. He was THE Mike.

I'm this hanging out with him.

I'm this talking to him every week.

I'm this hearing his laugh.

I'm this his knowledge.

I'm this the books that didn't get written.

I'll miss the conferences that I won't get to do with him.

I'm this walking through SBL and looking at the books with him.
