this relationship with a parent or parents or

elder or siblings or a caretaker or a grandparent

or lack thereof led into, you know, a cycle of behavior that eventually turned

into mental health or turn into addictions or depressions or, um,

our inconsistencies in your behavior, uh, that have not allowed you to

express your fullness and express your whole self

and to basically pivot in a powerful place rather than a disempowered place.
