Naga grew up in London, and after studying

English literature and language at the University of Leeds, she got her first job as a journalist

on the city pages of the London Evening Standard. Her first television role was for Reuters,

and she went on to work for CNBC Europe, Channel 4 News and Bloomberg Television. She then presented

working lunch on BBC 2, eventually becoming one of the regular hosts of BBC 1's breakfast.

Naga also hosts a lunchtime show on BBC Radio 5 Live, and it was on that station that she first

mentioned a condition that she suffered from called adenomyosis,
