who I first saw on Bake Off, making a frankly extraordinary number of iced buns.

Since then, she's made a name for herself as a cookery writer and a TV presenter,

particularly known for her takes on family-friendly meals

and amazingly indulgent cakes, which we will come on to.

Her latest book, Nadia's Everyday Baking, is packed with stress-free recipes and it's

already appeared on the Sunday Times bestseller list. We're so delighted she could join us today.

much. You're so welcome. I've got your book here. My mother-in-law's just gone home. So I cooked

the chicken, you know, there's a chicken curry stew. Yeah. I cooked it once for me and my partner

when I first got the book to read for this interview.

He liked it so much.

He would only eat it from the pan.

He didn't even have it with rice.

So it said served four to six and we had one portion left by the end of that night.
