Go with me now to the Book of Proverbs.

That's what I noticed about Proverbs.

I got out my concordans.

My exhaustive concordans had every single repetition of the word full or any other word in it.

And I look back and forth between how often Proverbs uses the word full and how often Proverbs

uses the word wise.

Now, wise is used about a third more, maybe about a fourth more.

Do you realize that in the Book of Proverbs, if I was counting with my fingers just like

this exactly right, over 45 times Proverbs uses the word full.

Now, what does that tell you if that book is in the Word of God to teach us practical wisdom?

What does that tell us that part of becoming wise is knowing what is foolish?

Amen.

In other words, we're not going to be wise people unless we face up to what is foolish.

We're not going to become a wise woman if I don't do a little navel or naveline gazing

of my own.

One thing you want to do with us today is take a barometer to the navel or naveline in

ourselves so that we can face up to and go.
