On this episode of the Nine Finger Chronicles, Dan is joined by Justin Henry of Florida to talk about how spending 3 years in prison led to him becoming a bowhunter. Justin explains how drugs and bad decisions got him convicted, and while in prison he met another inmate who let him read some if his hunting magazines. This led to Justin becoming interested in deer hunting. Three years later, and now a free man, Justin hit the Florida swamps running trying to lean as much as he could about how deer move through the landscape. Like most, the first couple years were a struggle as the deer numbers were and low and the the hunter pressure was high. But, Justin didn't give up and  continued to push on and learn as much as he could in order to get the job done.
