therapy therapy that word that's arm alone just carries a stigma in

0:24.2

communities of color that makes it very difficult for those that are in need

0:28.3

to actually seek therapy. With my natural mind I wanted to showcase how helpful

0:35.7

therapy can be. I wanted to start meeting people where they are at as opposed

0:41.5

suiting for them to come into therapy. So by having a podcast where there's

behind the scenes will make therapy less taboo in the black community. With

2:12.4

Monagema and my hope is that we are strategically removing the stigma around

2:17.6

therapy, making it a day-to-day conversation and just showing people that
