Welcome to the Miscellaneous Podcast! I am the host, obviously, Alana.

I've been wanting you on my podcast for, honestly, I think, like, a year, maybe more.

I'm just really, like, lazy, and I don't get around to, honestly, like, executing much,

but I am, I think, my meds are stabilizing, and I did find out recently just got diagnosed with

ADHD, and I think we're attacking that now. So, so now I am also, I mean, I have Blair.

That's the main thing. She's, she's, she's so organized and sweet.

I don't even know her, but like, her emails, like, they vibe that way.

Oh, like, no, she's, like, literally the most precious human being in the world,

and I'm terrifying. Like, we could not be more opposite, but maybe that's just why it works, you know?

Yeah, that's why it works, you know, opposite to trash. You can't, like, always be friends with

yourself. I think you need somebody completely different. Totally. Yeah, exactly. That's a,

that's a nice way of thinking about it. But now I'm so glad all of these things are happening.

The violence is happening. Blair's responding to my emails, and I have a freaking dream come true

for this week's podcast. Okay, so I'm trying to think back how I, I think I came across your

Instagram through Caitlin Bristo. Yeah. Possibly. Do you have a memory of like the first time we

connected? Yeah, because it was, I love Caitlin. Yeah, yes, it was. Cause like, I love Caitlin,

I was on her podcast at some point off the vine. And, um, you know, she always goes, like, I think
