Ever since I found out, I'd be co-hosting this episode. I wanted to be ready. What kind of your training did you do? Well, I started with some light ear jumping jacks. Oh, yeah, I see your ears wiggling ever so slightly.

Then I moved on to sprints.

You know, you cover your ears to block all sounds.

Then you uncover your ears. You listen really intently like this.

Wow, that is some intense listening.

Yeah, then my favorite, the fire hose.

Fire hose?

Yeah, that's when you listen to a bunch of sounds at once and try to identify them.

So then when you go back to one sound at a time, it's super easy.
