When I received an urgent telephone call from Mr. Sam Hudson, an artist and magazine illustrator

of Oak Ridge, we both welcomed the chance for a breath of country air. And known to us,

Sam Hudson has had an unusual conversation with his past system very last morning.

I am. Oh, it's you, Mary. Yes, it's me. Sam, I want to talk to you. No, no, my dear. I've asked

you not to disturb me when I'm working. Sam, this is important. We're down to brushing

palate and listening to me. Now look here, Mary. I promised Robinson I'd have this landscape

done by Monday. I intend to keep that promise. Sam, cousin John is dead. He died of a terrible

hemorrhage. What of it? I'm sorry, Mary, but we hardly knew John. Sam, you don't understand.
