I wanted to know how to be a healthy empath and because I could tell that there was unhealthy things happening if I'm holding on to thoughts that aren't mine that's going to create

inflammation in the body can create disease in the body I already have enough of my own thoughts that are bad

Are unpleasant. I don't need to hold on to other people's unpleasant like carrying their trash too

So anyway, I started seeing an energy coach.

And in that process of going through my energy centers,

we uncovered animal communication

was the first thing we uncovered.

And I mean, I guess if I digress a little bit, I did actually trigger that possibility

when my cat had passed away about a year earlier because I felt him tell me, of that moment it's time and I felt it in my

body and it was undeniable.
