And I'm Antonia Dodge. And today we're going to continue on our theme of

Personality Typology Systems. The last podcast we talked about healthy ways to see

typology systems, healthy ways to incorporate them into your life, and now we're going to get more granular. We're

going to talk about typology systems as you know on an individual level. So we're

going to start with one of the most popular typology systems out there. We're going to start with one of the most popular typology systems out there.

We're going to start with Myers Briggs. Yeah and if you listen to last the last

podcast you'll kind of know the model we talked about the vertical versus horizontal model and if you're

following along and if you haven't done that go back and listen to that podcast but this would be a horizontal

model so it's assuming everyone's at the same level of development. This is like comparing

and contrasting differences in people on that same horizontal level of development.

And what's interesting about Myers Briggs, from my perspective having studied it for so long.

And just for the record, there are three typology systems that sort of form the backbone of most of personality hackers trainings.

I would say that we focus the most on Myers Briggs.

And we also focus on a typology system called the Enigram which we'll be doing a podcast on next.

We'll be talking about the Enigram in a more granular way.

And then we focus on a vertical model called the Graves model, which will also be doing a podcast on.

Oh and you're not going to miss this. This is like this was this that changed my life

when I learned the Graves model. Seriously. It was revolutionary for me.

Yeah, no, the Graves model is a powerful one.

So we'll be talking about all three of them because we feel like those are the three most powerful

of all the typology systems and they really provide the backbone of almost all of our trainings.
