Well, welcome in to My Dogs Are Barkin on MPW Digital, presented by Keith Riles Barbecue.

And Austin, it's the Thursday edition of the show, the matchups and pick show, the best show of the week to me.

Because it's on one sense, it's like we're talking football, which is great.

But also we're talking for the fact like it's basically here.

Like football starts tonight and then it goes, you know, Friday and then all day Saturday.

So it's like finally football is here no matter what. And Mississippi State is taking on Alcorn State.

We'll get into that matchup, but also several other ones this week. There's some very interesting games,

including the battle of the coaches of whichever team loses,

the fan base is going to want fired, which is Florida and LSU.

Overall, though, is there a game this week that you're looking forward to watching more than anything?

It's not like as loaded as it has been, but is there a game that you're like,

if there's one game to get me in front of a TV, it's this one? You know, one game that I will be keeping up very closely is. And as funny as it sounds, but it's true, is USF versus Miami. Now, I got, Miami might win that game by 30 points, but I'm just saying there's a chance, Baira Brown and

Alice Galesh, man, they got it figured out. They had a huge win in the swamp. I'm just saying

that they could keep it competitive. That's all I'm saying. I'm not saying that they're going to

beat Miami. I'm just saying it might be competitive. And so that would be, that would be good,

a pretty good slate of games. Honestly, I really like Notre Dame, A&M. I think they played last year as well

or two years ago. It ended up being a pretty good game. So that could be a really solid game, and both teams haven't really played, you know, Notre Dame has yet to even win a game. They're 0-1. And then A&M hasn't really done too much. So we'll see what Marcel Reed can do going into week three.

But yeah, man, another week of college football.

Week three is already yeah, man,

another week of college football. Week three is already here, which is pretty, honestly,

pretty sad. Mississippi State, you know, very, very, I don't want to say not talented, but, you know,

FCS school, who's really struggled with FCS teams. So that's going to be, that's going to be very interesting to us. Hopefully we see a lot of a lot of, I hope everybody that addresses plays. And hopefully that's the, that's the plan. Yeah, I think, I think that's going to be what Jeff Levy's wanting is get that game over with by the first quarter, you know, midway through the second. So all your starters can rest. And also, you can kind of see what you have. I think that's, that's really the thing that head coaches want in these blowout games, you know, a couple weeks ago when Ole Miss is playing Georgia State, I mean, that game was over in the first quarter. I think Lane Kiffin was just trying to see what are some other, who are some other guys that can kind of play meaningful snaps. And for Mississippi State, that's going to be the exact same way in this one.
