I'm Landon, and I'm here at SEC Media Days,

where Jeff Levy spoke this morning in the main room,

also a smaller room earlier this morning,

and also players, Isaac Smith,

Blake Chapin, and Brennan Thompson were the ambassadors from Mississippi State.

And speaking of ambassador, I would be remiss if I did not say this was one of my first

times being able to speak to Isaac Smith.

And when you talk about an ambassador from Mississippi State, this guy is all that.

He might go play pro for a long time, but he's going to do something incredible in life.

It's really, really incredible guy just to listen to and hear him talk. But we are here in

Atlanta. And a lot of the questions for Jeff Leby this morning were about the schedule,

kind of can you overcome all the things that are up against you and it was very very clear that

jeff levy was very confident going forward with everything that that kind of what they made progress

in thus far and so was impressed by that blake shaven of course got a lot of injury questions

is kind of what you'd expect uh and then when it came to brenn thompson a lot of it was asking

kind of what does the receiver room look like and And he seemed to be very confident. There's a lot of compliments of Brennan Thompson today about the kind of player he is. Jeff Leibb even mentioned that Thompson, he thinks, is the type of player that, you know, even last season was open a lot and the ball was just not able to get to him.

You can kind of read into that as much as you'd like or not. But he mentioned that he loves him in this offense. And so state fans should be very excited about Brennan Thompson at wide receiver. Of course, there's a number of other receivers. Aidan Williams was also brought up today as another guy for people to look out for. On the defensive side of things, of course Isaac Smith is the leader being the kind of that linebacker safety hybrid this season

and Isaac Smith's going to be the dominant one he mentioned that one of the players he's

really excited for when it comes to transfers is Jurey Bletssoe the former Texas defensive tackle
