It's where I decided I wanted to be a journalist and I was really shocked then by the heroin epidemic.

The sight of the young men lying unconscious on the streets and piles

of syringes strewed along the riverbanks really stayed with me. At the time this vigilante drug squad Pat Jossan was coming to the fore.

So I wanted to go back to see how they've progressed.

So here it is, my tale of toxins, traders and tycoons.
