0:27.1	and my wife, she's looking for a bigger house. And we currently own three, uh, once paid off.
0:34.8	We have about 200,000 between the other two.
0:38.2	And so I'm just looking for some advice and direction on whether keeping properties selling one or, I don't know.

0:46.8	So you want to do, you want to sell one?

0:52.6	Well, I don't want to sell one I need a bigger one my family's
0:56.3	outgrown the one that we're in oh I see and you said your wife wants one do you
1:01.3	want one too yeah happy wife happy life so well okay yeah we're ready all right
1:09.5	so we're moving up in house.
1:13.6	Your current residence will sell for how much?
1:17.6	Right now, around 300.
1:19.8	And the house you're going to buy would cost how much?
1:27.8	Well, if she gets her way, probably $6.6.50.
1:29.8	You know, some of that price range. At some point, we have to make a wise decision together rather than just making a princess happy.
