Triumph 111 Omar. Welcome to the program. You're gonna start the Lord. Thank you for having me on. I just want to start on by saying that I've been a listen up for about three months.

And I feel like every time I listen to you, I feel like you are like my grandmother having conversation with me.

Excellent, excellent. So let me give you a little bit of the reason why I'm calling them have a marriage problem. Um two years ago, I wasn't in the best, you know, space in my life.

And I wasn't ready to be anyone's husband, but my wife asked me to marry her and I did.

And she was going to give me the time to, you know, get myself together. So it was rough the first year. You know, I went to a little bit of depression because of the pressure.

But that I work myself out of it. I ended up going to drug school, get them off CDLs now making a good living.

But the problem that I have with my wife is I cannot seem to get her to move forward to the future because she keep dragging in the in the past.

And I explained to her. Yes, I'm sorry. Wait, wait, wait, I don't, I don't understand that. What does she do or say that drags us into the past? What exactly do we do?

Every time I try to, you know, do anything with her, I'll be with her. Like I haven't seen her in almost a year because I'm a, like she lives in Connecticut and I live in Indiana.

And the plan from the beginning was for us to get together and move in one location. But like I said, the first year. It wasn't great. But at the end of that year, I ended up changing it around.

And now I could be a better husband to her. She keeps telling me, oh, we should await it.

Um, you don't, I don't trust nothing you say, you know, things like that in that nature. And we always bickering back and forth. And it always goes back to her.

This probably was not a wise marriage except that it is very typical for a man to get motivated when a woman needs them to or appears to need them to.

Okay. So in the two years, you have become a better man. Yes, ma'am.

You have become the kind of man that would be a good husband. But think for a minute.

What's going on in the psychology of a woman who sets this up in the first place, who takes on a loser.

You're not a loser anymore, but just listen to me out who takes on a loser and then bitches at him when he's no longer a loser.

Sounds like a woman who needs a loser. And since you're no longer a loser, it's not a match anymore.

You're absolutely right. That's why everyone keeps telling me, but you know, I love all of you.
