Hello everyone. My name is Joey Kidney and welcome back to the Happy Times.

Today we're doing another voice memo session. You guys really really like the last one.

You guys sent me a lot of messages on Instagram saying how much you enjoyed it and I just

wanted to say thank you that actually means the world to me because I don't I don't notice a lot of the

people who watch this because it's it's just numbers and it's so nice to

see to see faces and to see a name beside of you beside a listen and it means the world to me. I'm currently out taking

my dog for a walk. I live in the city. No, the last one was in the woods and that's where I normally go to get my peace and get my quiet and that's usually my spot where I go and relax.

And Ted... where I go and relax and today we're in a field beside near where I live. There's

there's buses driving by live kind of in the city, and I've been actually looking for a new place to go live,

because I'm currently in a two bedroom apartment with my brother.

And my brother works from home

and it's not a bad setup.

Don't get me wrong.

This is not me complaining.

This is just me voicing it out because I think we all need to do it and sometimes my therapist

not always available so sometimes I may podcast and I just need more space. Our apartment is very like open concept and I don't really have a go-to

spot. I don't have a spot that I can go and relax. I don't have a spot that I can go and relax I don't have a spot that I can go and be in my element I have to work out of my room all the time all day long and

and it's fine I don't necessarily regret it or not regret I don't I'm

mad about it I would just I just need my space and and I've been looking for a new spot to live

especially because there's a lot of structure going around where I live and I grew up in

a small little town called Greeley and it's just outside of Ottawa and I was like a

hockey boy and everything and I always think that I was just talking with my friend
