0:12.0

And so what I want you to do is I want you to just say what's up to somebody, let them get all comfortable and excited.

0:18.0

And also let us know where you're watching from.

0:20.0

Because that is very critical for us to see how God is literally reaching people and excited. And also, let us know where you're watching from, because that is very critical for us to see how God is literally reaching people and something that Pastor Jerry Flowers has started. And I'm so excited to be a part of it. And so if you're ready, I do believe that God is going to bless you. So I don't know if you're cooking, clean, and chilling, or wherever you're watching this from, or when you're going to watch this. But I do pray that you're blessed. And I'm excited. Today, I'm going to encourage you, and I have some notes here that I'm going to read off to you.

0:47.3

And I'm going to start by reading something from a man named Isaiah. He was a prophet, and he wrote a book addressing many things, but today I'm

0:59.3

going to particularly talk about something where he was trying to comfort people when they were in exile,

1:06.1

when they were in captivity. And he addressed idolatry and a lot of other things that was happening.

1:13.1

And he wanted to call them back to faithfulness to God,

1:16.9

but he also wanted to remind them that God will redeem them,

1:21.9

but he will also begin a new future for them for his glory. This is very critical. And I want to read this to you,

1:30.9

and I'm sure you're probably familiar with the verse. It's Isaiah 43, verse 19. He said,

1:37.2

behold, and this is God speaking, I will do a new thing. This is so profound. Some of us always say, well, if God wills,

1:49.0

that's why it's so critical that I love that he said that, I will do a new thing. Now it shall spring forth.

1:59.0

Shall you not know it? I will make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the

2:05.4

desert. That's so critical. And see, we do know a time where God made a way, and it was with Moses,

2:14.5

and he made a way through the sea. But this time, God is going to make a way

2:20.1

in the wilderness. And this is why it's very critical that you understand that this is the new

2:23.7

thing that God is particularly talking about right here in this text. He delivered them previously

2:29.1

from a level of captivity, bondage, oppression, slavery.

2:36.1

And here, he's saying, I'm going to do it again, but it's going to be something new.
