Welcome back to Truth Talks with Tara.

I am so cozy right now sitting in front of the mic, looking at my window, looking at the fall

colors of the trees in our neighborhood

and man it is cold but i'm so excited for fall and winter and because of all of this it's also

gotten me thinking about how quickly this pregnancy the second pregnancy has gone and because of that

i was thinking hey i want to do an updated

episode on what I am doing to prepare for labor and delivery and also to be a second time mom

because it is going to be here in just a few months I think there's like 74 days to go and

the only reason why I know that is because I

have a, just like one of those pregnancy apps that like reminds me. And it's really true what they say,

like at least in my case, with this second pregnancy. I have not been keeping track of the days and

the milestones and what size your baby is as much just because I'm so much

busier with Hunter and with chasing him around and all the things.

So all not to say, I'm realizing that this is coming up so quickly.

In just a matter of days as I'm recording this, I'm going to be 30 weeks.

This morning, Michael was like, that is like

three quarters of the way there. And that was shocking. But I wanted to share a few things that

I've been doing on the front end, I guess. And what I've been doing really ever since I found

out I was pregnant to help us prepare for, again, not just labor and delivery, but also just

like the changes to come. So I wanted to start by sharing just like a very brief rundown of
