I have just come back from Paris, France,

and I do want to give an apology for anyone that listened to last week's episode

because it was recorded two weeks before I left for

Paris and never touched it was recorded the the file was added to my computer

and I didn't touch it until I got back home and in it I let everyone

know that I was going to Paris and that I might not be able to have an episode and then things

just life just happened and I wasn't able to get that information to you and I have to say thank you to everyone

that sent me a message asking where the show was.

There was something really sweet about reading messages from you guys.

I love reading messages from you guys.

And being missed, it made it feel like I was making an impact.

Like this show is worth doing, which I always love, I do it for myself but knowing that other people

really enjoy just as much as I enjoy it means a lot to me it means that

there's some alignment and we're on the same page.

Now I'm back in Los Angeles, California, trying to get back into routine.

The trip that I took was my first international trip

since the global pandemic, and it's nice to travel and I love to escape

and I love to explore and not being able to do that made me look inward and I

became more accustomed to cooking instead of going to
