My friend has been processing through a

difficult divorce and she told me about you over a year ago. I started listening and

realized how I've been haunted by unresolved trauma from my own abusive marriage, finally divorced in 2014, which played out in my

thoughts and defensiveness toward others as I wanted to control them to avoid more pain. Your clear and specific guidance on issues dealing with

relationships and communication has been indeed freeing and life healing.
