Welcome back to the Let's Be Friends podcast. I am your guest host, Caroline Duna, and I am interviewing your regular host, Kara Mosier. What we're going to be

talking about today is your testimony, your updated, honest, expanded testimony with some very

important information that was not in the first one. Yeah, yep, that's exactly what this is. I gave, a lot of you might

have connected with me when I gave my testimony called Jesus Christ Save My Life on a podcast that I

used to co-host called the Not So Secret Society's podcast. And that was like literally, I said it in that

testimony like, I'm being reborn in real time right now.

I was like, this is right now, this is like happening right now.

Please give me grace, everybody.

Like I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, you're like having me share my testimony while I'm being reborn on the internet.

And like it kind of went viral.

And I was expecting that at all and

I was so fresh in becoming a believer and a follower of Jesus that I didn't look I wasn't really

ready to give my testimony it more happened because of just circumstances and life sort of

led me to where I felt I needed to do it then.

And so here we're going to get into that. Yeah, we're going to get into everything. Yeah,

I'm going to, we're going to do the whole thing. So now I'm ready a year and a half later. I mean,

I've been a follower of Christ now for two years. My whole life has changed. I have so much more to add to my testimony. That was midway, let you know where we

were before. So, yeah, I'm ready. I'm ready now. I'm very excited. I mean, yeah, I think we should

start at the start at the beginning of your story, the way you tell it. Yeah. Yeah. So I really kind of

start my story with talking about how I had most of my life dealt with a lot of severe mental health issues like anxiety, depression, suicide ideation, and anger issues. Basically, those were the top things for me. And they started, my first suicide ideation was when I was 16. And a suicide ideation is where you

want to be dead, but you don't have a plan. You just don't want to be alive. It's awful. It's an

awful thing to feel. And as my life kind of progressed and continued, the ideations never
