I am so happy that you decided to just click on this podcast, sit back, relax, and just enjoy the word that God really put on my heart for this week.

Actually, I am not going to necessarily pick apart exigent a scripture today like I usually do.

For those of you who are subscribed, you know if you're not subscribed maybe go do that real

quick, but for those of you who are subscribed you know that the

that the regular routine is that I will either just share a word that

God has put on my heart or I'll pick a submission a question a topic that was sent into my public email

bought and beloved at gmail.com and I'll curate an entire podcast around that but this

week I actually wanted to share my testimony. Now I know for those

of you who might be subscribed to my YouTube channel you might know my testimony pretty

well if you've seen that.

But there are things I want to kind of go into even deeper detail on with my testimony.

So if this is your first time really hearing my testimony,

awesome. If this is the second or third time, I encourage you to listen to it again

just because I want to go into even more depth on some certain things that I haven't really talked about or stressed on before.

But yeah, my testimony is one of overcoming, one of overcoming depression and suicidal thoughts and self-harm and the lies of

worthlessness and and you know trauma and trial I mean we are going to go through it all I've been through a lot as I'm sure many of you have as well I just hope that in sharing my testimony above all else that God is glorified and that you are able to see just how he works,

just how personal he is and how good he is, man, that he is ever present. He is an ever-present help in times of trouble and he is constantly

constantly pursuing after us even if we don't realize it that is the the truth. But yeah, I'm not going to beat around the bush. I'm just going to jump on into it. So here is my testimony. Enjoy. Now, when I was born, I was born March 5th, 1997 in London, England.
