0:43.0	Well, if you when you speak more slowly, can you get all the words out as long as you slow it down?
0:52.0	Yes, I try to slow it down, but I try to fail.
0:56.0	Okay, but just answer, ma'am, ma'am, ma'am, ma'am, answer my question.
1:00.0	If you slow it down, can you get all the words out that you wish to say at that moment?
1:08.0	Then that's what you do.
1:11.0	You slow it down.
1:14.0	And most decent people will be very patient and listen to you out.
