okay, going well. I'm really excited for today's episode. So I've been doing a lot of brainstorming

for what I want to talk about in my episodes. And I have a very long ideas list right now. So I'm

really excited about that because I have tons of ideas. And a lot of you guys said when I kind of

asked a couple weeks ago what you guys wanted to hear, the most requests I got were relating

to kind of talking about spirituality and kind of my spiritual journey and positivity.

So I wanted to do a solo episode today opening up about those things.

Now, I do have an episode that I've shared before that was talking about spirituality

as well as manifestation practices, meditation, things like that with my friend Cameron, if you guys

want to check that out to hear kind of like more about those things. But today I really did want to

kind of talk about my journey with positivity and the law of attraction as well as just

manifesting and spiritual things in general.

So I feel like all those kind of like go together for me.

And I'm really excited to talk about this.

So I am going to first kind of just share some of my journey.

I don't know.

I feel like I want a better word besides journey.

I guess my practices and beliefs. And then after that towards like the second half of this episode, I'm going to

answer some questions that you guys had about how to maybe get into some of these practices

or how to start or just some personal things
