Scaling is that. It is the ability to multiply to duplicate and to replicate a result. What's going to do that faster than speaking? Nothing.

So you can't sell in any room where you don't have my attention. You can't teach in any room that don't have my attention. You can't change my behavior or my belief in any room don't have my attention.

Attention is so expensive you spend millions of dollars for 30 seconds during the Super Bowl.

So why do we think that a person will enter into an eight-hour in-person event and we have

their attention the whole time? Man, if I could give anybody that is listening advice, I'll just say this.
