My older sister is going through divorce, which is terrible situation, of course. She's got three kids. Her eldest, I think, is about three years away from starting college. Okay. how the divorce is going to play out.

But they have under $50,000 in savings, and that includes retirement accounts.

So my sister is expecting to buy her husband out of

their current home and her dental practice. And she needs $800,000 to do that.

She doesn't have $800,000. How is she expecting to do this? Great question. So she had, she reached out to me, and it turns out she had reached out initially to my parents,

and they had agreed to provide her with $400,000.

They do in their retirement.

They're retired, but it's their nest day.
